Hey mamas! Remember those goals you set in January and were so excited and motivated to achieve? How are you doing with them?

How are you really doing with them?  We can get into the excitement and motivation of a fresh start to the New Year. We are so excited to move on from the holidays and get our lives in shape.

But that motivation and willpower wears off. Why? Because we are still trying to achieve them by being who we have always been instead of being who we need to be.
