It seems we are trying to find happiness in the achievement. That’s where we are getting it all wrong. Happiness is a mental habit and attitude. If it is not learned and practiced you never fully experience it. It is something that you have to choose and it has everything to do with who you are being, not what you are doing.
I had to decide to change my habits and expectations and when I did it changed everything! The mood in our home alone was so different.
