152 | How to Change Who You are Being

This episode is an oldly, but good one! I recorded this episode a little over a year ago but I think it’s an important one to share again! I’m so excited to share with you today both a book and a practice that is helping me to consciously let go of who I was being in certain situations/relationships and to become the woman I really want to be.

Just as with working the muscles of our body to look a certain way, we need to do daily work on our mind.  Our MIND creates the life we have not our bodies.

Check out the book I mention in this episode, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza. It is a game changer. I liked listening to it vs reading it as there is some deep scientific info too, but wow is powerful.
