Limitless Opportunity

I love talking about this topic because I don't know about you, but I definitely didn't have limitless opportunity to create income and expansion while I was in my corporate job. When you can create this in your life, it's so powerful because when you're working for someone else, your income's limited. Working for yourself, income is limitless. I remember in corporate, I would wait each March with my fingers and toes crossed that I would be getting a bonus or a raise. Oftentimes, it was a disappointing outcome and often it felt unfair, and definitely felt out of my control.

Having your own business is wildly different. You are in control. You get to decide. You want to make some more money? Maybe you have a trip to Europe that you want to plan. The cool thing is you have the ability to make some more money coaching. If you've been wanting to put that pool in or buy that rental property, you can. Having your own coaching business allows you the freedom to create the income you desire, and you are in control.

Don't Think You Have Enough Time?

Maybe you’re thinking you don’t have the time to start and build your own business. You have a day job, or your kids are crazy busy, or insert any other obstacle you may have. I absolutely get it.

I was the vice president of marketing by day, sometimes nights and weekends. I had three kids under the age of 13. I had a first responder husband who was working doubles, and that is when I created and launched my business. Looking back, it seems almost impossible to me as well, but I remember actually having so much more energy and excitement about building my business. It seemed like I had more time, and I'll tell you why. It's because I was so excited about the freedom and choice of having my own business created that I couldn't wait to work on my business. So I watched TV less. I got disciplined in my time management, and I made the time. I teach our coaches how to do that as well because I know that that's going to come up.

We actually have lessons on time management and how to manage your time so that you can build your business. One thing I love to do is make things simple. I also love math because math is simple.

Math Doesn't Lie

I would love to share why I love math so much when it comes to being a coach and starting your own coaching business. Math doesn't lie, and I have this saying that “the math will show you the path.” What if I told you that just working with 10 people, 10 clients, could equal $10,000 a month in revenue for you. And here's how. If you charge $997 a month for one-on-one coaching with you, and you have 10 clients sign up, boom, that's $10,000 a month coaching business. It does not need to be super complicated. It can be that simple.

Math is that simple and math doesn't lie. We're going to talk about your money math in my next private information session to help you determine what the math looks like for you in going after creating the kind of income that you would like to make in your coaching business. Go From TGIF to TGIM!

I am so thankful for my Mondays now. TGIM – Thank God it’s Monday! I love my Mondays. Why? Because I love what I get to do. When I was in corporate, I couldn’t wait for Fridays – TGIF! I would long for the weekend. I would dream of vacations, and I don't know about you, but sometimes I would just need a mental health day or a personal day so that I could just get away from the day job. Then on Sundays, the dread would start setting in. I would start to get a pit in my stomach on Sunday nights when it should be time I'm spending with my family, dreading the week ahead. I don't know if you can relate to that, but that's not a way to live. The same went for Mondays, I dreaded Mondays big time. I couldn't wait for free time, for me time, family time, or time to get projects done around the house.

You feel like Mondays through Fridays you're barely treading water. Then, Saturday and Sunday come along and you have this long list of things you need to get done around the house, planning a kid's birthday party or whatever it may be, and then your weekends aren't free either.

I could honestly tell you that I don't feel that way anymore. The thing that changed at all was having my own coaching business. It allows me to love Mondays. I can't wait to work on my business and work with clients. I like to think of TGIM as our fight song. It's our fight song in our community of women.

If you want to learn how to love Mondays too, I definitely invite you to join us in the next private session to learn more about what loving Mondays can mean for you. REGISTER HERE

Don’t just take it from me, here from one of our incredible coaches, Lisa Cirincione. Read her testimonial HERE.

Flexibility

I think that we are kind of trained since we were young to think that you have a 40 hour a week schedule and you work five days a week, Monday through Friday. But, what if you could change that belief system and you get to work three days a week? For me, I only book my meetings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. After having a completely full calendar of meetings from Monday to Friday when I was in corporate, I was so burnt out. I had calendar PTSD and I still do.

That's why it's so important to me to design my weeks my way. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are the days for podcast interviews, teaching and coaching my clients and meeting with my team. Then, Mondays and Fridays are clear. I often work on my business, but I also take long weekends, do other projects around the house or schedule some me time. I don't want to spend time on my weekends on those things, to be honest. I really want to be so present with my family on Saturdays and Sundays. So, I really try to schedule self-care and things like that on Fridays. But you get to do that, too. You get to decide how many days a week you'll work, how many clients you will take on, which gives you incredible flexibility in how you grow your business.

Flexibility feels like freedom. Freedom feels glorious. And if you're ready to be free, get your invite to talk with me live. REGISTER HERE!

I want you to really be able to explore. If anything that I've been sharing with you is really exciting you, and you would love to have it, don't let your current thinking of, “But I don't think that would work for me. I don't know.” stand in your way. Come to the session and find out. You can ask questions live, and I'm going to be answering them. It's so important if this is resonating, it's happening for a reason.

A Little Tip

I've talked about having to have a niche in past blog posts (READ IT HERE), but I really want you to understand that your dream client is you. When you create new results in your life, you can help others. This is actually the simplest way to choose a niche. What is a niche again? A niche is a clearly defined customer and set of problems that you solve.

The simplest and most effective way to choose a niche? Here it is: Pick a problem that you solved for yourself. That's it. So, where have you helped yourself or worked with a coach or program to get new results in your life? Maybe you just lost the last 10 pounds and kept it off. Maybe you got yourself and family debt free, or maybe you're like me and left your day job and started your own business.

These are clues of where you could start coaching. Our certification program teaches you how to be a coach, tools to use with clients, and how to market to your niche to land your first clients. This is simpler than you can imagine.

If you're ready to start deciding on your niche, that's something that we can talk about as well in our upcoming session, which is so incredibly powerful. REGISTER FOR YOUR INVITE HERE!

The cool part is that when you come into our coach certification program, you get to know all the coaches in the community because we want our coaches to be helping each other and being a part of something together. When you join us, you're going to start the certification program with a cohort, but you're going to have access to all these other coaches to learn from. It's so incredibly powerful.

Get Your Magic Wand

I have another question for you. If you could wave a magic wand, would you want a beach house or a lake house? This is the big debate in our community because when my clients start seeing the money coming in from their coaching businesses, that is when they need to have the big debate with their husband or their partner. Should we get the beach house or the lake house?

That is one of the first things we did when my business started taking off as well. We bought our first rental property on the beach in Florida. Our ultimate dream is a home on a gorgeous lake within 30 minutes from the beach. I can picture it in my mind, as if I've been to this house before. What we do with our clients, and we teach our coaches that are being certified to do this with their clients, is to create future memories. Future memories are very critical to the process we teach on how to manifest what you want in life. When you get certified as a coach in our coach school, you will learn how to do that for yourself, but also as a tool with clients.

For example, let's say you are a weight loss coach. Not everyone is super motivated to lose weight. You will tell them what to do, but more often than not, they won't do it. Why? Their core motivation is off. Now, if you were the same health coach and you worked with your clients to develop a future memory of what they look like as they walk up on stage to speak at their next company conference, and you have them write out exactly how they want to look, what they will wear and how they will feel, well now your clients are going to start getting results. Future memories are just one of the many tools that we use to help you and your clients. It is so incredibly powerful. And if you want to learn more about the other kinds of tools and techniques that we use in the certification program, definitely come to the next free session. SIGN UP HERE FOR YOUR INVITE.

“The Trouble is You Think You Have Time”

That’s one of my favorite quotes from Buddha. We think we have all the time in the world, and so then we don't take action. This is what I hear from people all the time, “Well, I'm going to start that business when the kids go to college.” or “I want to get myself in a better financial situation before I pursue my dreams.” or “I'm going to wait for retirement.” It goes on and on. There is an inherent problem here. It assumes that time is guaranteed and we know that is not the case. I'm forever grateful to my past self when I decided enough was enough, I wasn't going to wait for someday any longer. That is one of the core elements of our coaching certification program, how to create a NOW Goal.

A NOW Goal is a big goal you are working on now, not someday. The cool thing is, the more coaches we certify in our coach school, the more people will start making their someday goals something they are working on NOW.

So if you're ready to stop waiting for someday, get your invite to talk with me about how. GET YOUR INVITE HERE!

I can't wait to share more information with you, answer all your questions to see if becoming a coach and starting that business is the right fit for you. The cool part is that we have different types of clients that come through the coach schools. Some of them are really into doing the certification and doing all the learning and showing up for our live calls together each week, but then are going to start their business after they get certified.

But, most of our clients come in to get certified and start their business and get clients before they ever finish certification. I highly recommend that approach because when you are getting clients while you're still getting certified, you are applying the knowledge real time. Because what happens is what's called the knowing doing gap. You're learning in a classroom setting. You're learning, learning, learning, but you're not putting it into action. And if you're not putting it into action, you're not able to really practice it where it then becomes part of your DNA. Any sport that's out there, they're not sitting in a classroom just learning how to play the sport. They're out there practicing on the field to play and get better. That's what we really teach you to do. It's so integrated into what we teach that you are literally developing your business and landing your first clients as you are going through certification.

I would love to see you on the next information session. What have you got to lose? Grab a spot HERE, and I will see you on Zoom to talk more about becoming a coach.

We'll send you the invite. Cannot wait to see you inside.
