375 | The Marketing Magnetics Masterclass

I know that marketing can seem hard. It can seem like a thing on your to-do list. It can also seem like something you might want to outsource to others, but here's what I can tell you. The only thing standing in between you and your dream client is marketing. 

If you think about it, you've got you on one side and your dream client on the other side. Your dream client doesn't know who you are. They don't know that you can help them, and you are on your side saying things like, “I have the best offer,” “I have the best solution,” “I can coach you,” “I can do these services,” or “I have these products.” Ultimately, you want to be able to have them see that you can help them, right? They need to believe you can help them once they find out that you do exist and they need to take the next step with you in order to actually work with you which is to buy from you. 

The only thing in between you and the dream client is marketing. What I think is important is that we get into this mindset that marketing is just something that we must do. Marketing is just something that is on our list. It's the lifeblood of your business. It is the magic. It is the magnet – It is the repelling magnet or the attracting magnet.

Marketing is an Inside Job

It is so important to create ongoing clients to grow and to be able to have a sustainable business. I'm going to be honest, it's not simple. It really isn't. Marketing is a very complex thing. Which makes sense because everyone would be a successful entrepreneur or coach if it was simple, but it really isn't. I think that the biggest challenge when it comes to marketing is that it's an inside job, and the first place most people go when it comes to marketing is outside of themself. So, you've got a disconnect. People often think they need to outsource marketing and content creation. However, if we think about marketing as being hte most important part of your business, then why do we try to outsource it so soon or without it being truly magnetic and magical on its own? It won't work. 

Your marketing is what's going to get someone to see you, believe that you can help them, and actually take action to work with you. To me, I don't think there's anything more important than that in business. So, it's important to come to terms with that and start to desire loving marketing. If you can love marketing because it is how you communicate and what you communicate to your dream client – your sliver of the human race that need you – then you need to start thinking that way. 

Marketing is your way to reach the people that need you and allow them to think, “Oh wow, I really need to work with this person! They just get me!” Sometimes they can’t even put into words what attracts them to you. Why? Because it is a magnet. It is just this feeling. It's really a frequency. If you think about it, there's a ton of people that do what you do. There's a ton of people that do what I do. What makes certain people work with you or certain people work with me is this frequency connection. It is this thing you can't quite put your finger on. We might all teach the exact same things and structure our programs in the exact same ways, but there's something different. There's something else, right? It is this inner connection. 

Your Soul Society

I like to really think of it as a soul connection. It's like soul to soul. That's why I like to call it our soul society. That's who we're meant to work with. But, they can't know you exist if you don't do marketing, and they can't have a soul connection if you've outsourced the marketing to someone that’s not speaking to them in your voice with your message with your energy. Every word that you put out onto social media platforms, every word that you put out there in a video, in an email, on a website, in a consult, on a podcast, has energy to it. That energy is going to either hit someone in their soul and it's going resonate, or it could repel, or it could just be lukewarm. It just kind of flies by. This is what causes people to become invisible online.

Their message is just either repelling or it's just floating by people not resonating at all. This is why I say marketing is an inside job. If you are a female coach or some kind of soul-based entrepreneur – a services based entrepreneur who wants to create impact – your marketing must be heartfelt. If you're not feeling like you're visible, there's a disconnect between the inner and outer world. The sooner that we can understand that our truest voice, our highest frequency, the realness that we want to share, what we really want to talk about – that is what needs to come out. However, what I am finding is there's two things that happen.

First: Missing Clarity

You have total lack of clarity on who your niche is and who you’re here to serve. You don't really know who your soul society is or exactly what you’re gonna offer them. When you don't have clarity, you don't really say much. Anything that you do say in your marketing is kind of bland because it's not targeting anybody since you don't have clarity.

Second: Fear

The other thing that I see happen is that there are women that have clarity on who they want to help and clarity on their message, but they're afraid to put it out there. Whether it's fear of judgment or fear due to lacking belief and confidence. Iit really pains me because, and I see it all the time with my own clients and I go down this path myself, we have these beautiful offers and these beautiful things that we want to share with the world, yet we hold back.

Break Through the Fear & Find Your Clarity

I just really think about the fact that your dream client, who doesn't know that you exist, could be going to bed at night praying for a solution to her problem, praying for the exact thing that you offer, but she doesn't know you exist. She doesn't know that you have the solution. She definitely doesn't know how to take the next step with you. That is what this masterclass is going to be all about. How we break through this and truly create magnetic marketing so that we can actually reach our soul society and help them. The beautiful part is that's when prosperity happens. When you are stepping into your gifts. When you are stepping into your alignment of who you're supposed to help with what, and your message comes through you like a song that is in perfect harmony with their soul, magic happens. Your business grows. They're happy. They're referring you. You feel so good about the business that you have. That's true prosperity. True prosperity is yes, the money flowing, but also feeling fulfilled in what you're doing. That's what this workshop is all about.
