About me!
Hey! I am Julie Ciardi-50 Not Finished📕 and I am honored you are here. The Dali Lama said that the world will be saved by the western woman. I believe that the world will be saved by the IGNITED woman. 🔥
I am a 30 year business veteran - I started studying marketing and business at age 18.
I went on to get my MBA at Babson University - one of the top entrepreneurial masters program in the USA. I spent 25 years working in corporate, nearly 2 decades at IBM where I was a VP of Marketing & Sales by age 39.
While I loved everything business, my soul was not fulfilled by my work - so I left in 2018 at the age of 43 to start my own business. Now at 51, I have a global company, a team of 7, and we mentor nearly 1000 women in their midlife calling.
I will share more shortly on what that means.

I believe Substack is that soapbox.
After 8 years in business, I finally found a platform for myself and my clients who are thought leaders, not Influencers, Actors and Reality TV Stars (which is what you seem to need to be on Instagram or Youtube!
Thought leaders need to be around other thought leaders.
Thought leaders need to have a space to create & share their long form content.
I am a long form girl and proud of it!
Most platforms do not support long form or thought leadership.
This is why I wanted to create a space here on Substack to help you simply leverage the platform for your soapbox.
